TOR Update.

So they said no in a form rejection that, frankly, surprised me. I was sure my book would fit in nicely there. Oh well. Life goes on. My book WILL be out there someday. Someday I'll look back on these blogs about yesteryear and laugh. But for now, I'm pushing on, determined to get this out to the world one way or another. It's taken every ounce of my heart and soul to put write, and I refuse to let anyone in this industry tell me I can't do it!

Amen sis! Never ever stop writing or fighting to get it published. We've been through the wringer with a certian publisher, if we can survive that, we truly can do anything!

I am a writer, pure and simple. It is my passion, and a mind-bending obsession that drives anyone who will listen, crazy. I love the music in words, and the dances we create with our characters, living through them in the span of a page count.

I look forward to the day when I walk into a bookstore and see people lined up to buy my books. I also look forward to the day when some new author looks to me and says, "Thank you for inspiring me to reach for my dreams no matter the obstacles that stand in my way."

As for how I spend my time otherwise, it's with my husband, who's my best friend and the best thing ever to come into my life.

I'm a day dreamer at heart, and quite a silly person who loves to laugh and make others laugh. I tend to give in to my perfectionist side, which sometimes drives people crazy. My dream is to live in NYC with my husband, to explore the city's secrets, and become part of them.
